As the Logistic Coordinator you support the Service department. Meaning that together with the colleagues in the Customer Service Department UKI and India you manage the Stock, Tooling, Ordering specialist equipment and Labor. The Logistics Coordinator is a member of the Service department. You report to the Customer Support Manager.
Responsibilities
- Arrange PAT Testing
- Arrange Calibration of tools and equipment
- Instrument Repair
- Ordering Engineers Tools
- Ordering Specific Repair Parts
- Arranging Specialist Sub Contractors
- Raising PO’s
- Booking Goods In
- Stock levels
- Stock Take
- New and Maintaining Stock Kit Notes
- Arrange Testing of Lifting Equipment
- Organize Oil and Water Sampling
- Arranging Courier Transportation as required
- Oil and Coolant orders JIT
- Organize Waste Disposal
- Cash flow: Date & file POs and update cash flow sheet
Required skills and profile
- You have a great affinity with electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
- You are able to communicate with Vendors, Sub Contractors, Internal Service Engineers, Customer Support Manager, Service Colleagues and the Front Office desk in The Netherlands
- Familiar with energy systems and/or UPS systems
- Experienced in managing Stock
- You work precise and pay attention to details
- You are able to work systematically in a dynamic position
